I had a formal blazer and pants to exchange to another store. On my way I lost my pants. I can not exchange unless I found the pants as they were sold together. I was stressed until I spoke to Sports Check to see if they have a lost and found box . They asked me how the pants looked like and GAVE me my pants. The staff shared that a nice girl found it and passed to them. I finally successfully exchange my suite .  A big thank you to Sports Check staff. You are awesome.

Awesome store. Found my new running shoes in fifteen minutes and thanks to very helpful staff, I was out of the store in no time. Great shopping experience.

Once again, I go in looking for Merrel shoes because the website Kingston store specifically and bug surprise no merrel sneakers or Jungle mocs in store

I had a great customer service experience at this location. I needed to return some shoes I purchased online, the employee in the shoe department Riley was extremely helpful. It was a busy day and he managed to help me while also serving other customers but I never felt forgotten. There was always an employee to greet me in each section of the store and they were also very helpful. The cashier was amazing. My transactions were a little complicated because it involved returning items, ordering items and purchasing items but she was very friendly and took the time to explain everything.

Sport check has a lot of sport equipment and clothing for year round fun.

Most excellent shopping experience with amazing, helpful staff

Shoe selection has went from great to not so great. Had 5 displays in my hand not one pair my size after waiting 25 minutes for service.  Have had better success ordering stuff online from sportchek

Today my wife and I went in for when the store opened, one manager said they were a little short staffed due to the snow storm, but said he would get someone to help me find some hockey skates as soon as possibe.  Derek, who helped us, was very knowledgable about skates and how they should fit. I realized I was actually sized incorrectly in the past. He was able to find a skate in our price range that is comfortable to wear. Although some of their stock is low, he was able to help place an online order, and provided us with his hours he works so he can continue to help us when the skates arrive in the store.  Thanks for 10/10 customer service today!! Will definitely be buying future skates here as well, when needed : !

Big store, lots of inventory, expensive, but one of the sales clerks was very helpful and she made the experience an extremely positive one.
