Shopping experience in store was fine. I just wanted a new Apple Watch. Took them 30 mins to find it….nnBut sort of expected at big box stores.nnWhat I’m reviewing is as I was checking out. The screw made me check a box saying I did NOT want to receive email marketing. This is backwards. I should not automatically be signed up for an email blast. The guy at the cash register affirmed that that was a silly.nnNow I have had to un subscribe from three different email chains from Best Buy. They added me to their email list anyways.nnVery annoying.
Not the stores fault but ordered a product online. Delivery day kept getting pushed and this was how it arrived. Shards of glass all over my hand - liquid everywhere. Was unable to get the product because they said it was no longer available in store or online.
Carell sp? We just needed a new Roku voice remote they break diwn every 6 months. This salesperson impressive, actually knows a lot about electronics. And we are both in our 60's and he treated us respectfully and didn't talk down to us because we don't know the newer technology. That's refreshing.
Wow this place has gone downhill gave them the benefit of the doubt and wish I had of just went to Walmart!! asked for availability on some stuff they said yeah both in stock called my kid to make sure it was what he wanted then confirmed with them what I needed waited around for her to finish stocking a shelf apparently it was more important then was told she would take it up to cash for me when I got up to cash was told they just sold the last one and it needed to be ordered however no one went through cash in-between them saying they had one and now one needs to be ordered so I ordered it and purchased a game and a 12 month gift card that they couldn't sell me in the end because it would cancel everything once added to the bill! was told it was an older card and the price wasn't updated on the older cards waited around for them to try multiple different ones with the same outcome ended walking out with that as well and one item that couldn't be used untill the other had shipped to store was told they would call when it arrived in 2-4 days I called them on the 4th day mentioned I didn't receive an email receipt was told it wasn't in then called on the 5th day and was told it came in on the 4th day. didn't ever get the receipt that was to be emailed to me after I confirmed my email and phone number with them in store on screen on purchase day didn't get an email or phone call from them to let me know it was in! had the printed receipt that I had to confirm name and provide ID and and I'll go to Walmart next time
I am very disappointed. I went to buy a usb-c thumb drive, found the one I needed but at the cash it was double in price. I showed the associate where the product was which had 6 of the same product on it. He tried to sell me a different one but it was not the kind I needed. I told him because there was more then one on the peg so it should be honored under the scanning code of practice. He said they don't do that and offered me a $5 discount.
