Enterprise Rent-A-Car

These people are either very disorganized or don't care about customer satisfaction. When I had an accident with my SUV, my insurance could give me an SUV as a replacement vehicle. They only had a Chevy Sonic, which they brought me and said they would call me later in the day to switch it for an SUV... they never called. A few days later, I call them and take an appointment 2 days later to switch the car. I show up and they don't have any SUV's... seriously? They end up taking my number and will call me during the week to switch the car... it's been 5 days already. In total, it's been 12 days... just bad customer service... 2 stars because they were quick to get me the Chevy Sonic in the first place

Expeditiously checked me out from a tablet while I was out in the parking getting personal items out of my vehicle. Upgraded to a larger vehicle without additional charge or fuss since no full size in inventory. Fully bilingual and professional representative.

Watch out, they're trying to scam people into paying for damages already on cars. Read ALL contract and make sure they mark down any damages in the car BEFORE renting it. The same guy who rented me the car and said to me they are aware of a dent in bumper, then tried to charge me for the repairs when I returned the car in the exact same state 4 days later. Do not trust them and will never go here again.
