Spinelli Mazda

I brought my car in for an emergency service appointment and I could not be happier with the service. While vacationing in Montreal my low tire pressure light came on and when I tried to put air in the tire that looked problematic I noticed the PSI was down to 20. I called Spinelli Mazda and they were able to fit me in for an appointment the next day. They didn’t find anything wrong with the tire after inspecting it for a flat, but I was happy to have the tires refilled with air and the TPMS reset. My service advisor Isabel Villeneuve was absolutely wonderful. I ended up having to return after leaving since the active driving display wasn’t showing the speed but after a quick reset by the technician all was well again. I’d recommend Spinelli Mazda to anyone I know in Montreal.

Its my second car with Spinelli Mazda. I’m really happy with the service I received.I was very well received by Antoine. He made the whole process super-fast. He tried to make you comfortable not just with good price but made me skip the hassle related to purchase of new vehicle. I booked my car with him and next day he made the car ready for pickup.I’m really happy with the service he gave me specially when the car was required on urgent basis. Highly recommended.

What can I say...Antoine Rodriguez is absolutely amazing. Treated me and my wife with the upmost respect and explained everything very thoroughly. Took my car in for 2 recalls and had the worst possible customer service ever!nFirstly, left my car there at 9am, by 3:30pm still hadn't heard from them so I called. They told me they forgot to call me. I show up at the dealership and they tell me they only did one of the recalls as they didn't have the part for the second one. I asked them why they booked the appointment if they didn't have the part. The answer I got was, well this recall is old and what are you worried about, you'll have to bring it back in a few weeks. They call 2 weeks later and tell me to bring the car in on Nov. 4th at 9am and it shouldn't take more than 2 hours to complete the recall. I arrive and mention to them that since the last recall I've been hearing a squeak, could they verify if it was related to the work they had done. I go home and the 2 hour repair drags on all day with no call. I call at 3pm and they tell me they were busy changing tires for other customers and haven't even looked at my car. I ask what am I supposed to do for a car then? They say they can give me a loaner until the next day when my car might be ready. I go down there again to pick up the loaner. Late the next morning they call and tell me the car is ready. I go down there again. I return the key to the loaner and the service adviser very rudely asks me if I put gas back in the loaner. I say I only did 20km how much gas do you think I used. She answers, doesn't matter, you used the car you need to put gas. At this point the service manager comes over and says don't worry about it. They then tell me the squeak was not from the work they did and they're charging me $34 for verifying that. I didn't feel like arguing and go to the cash and pay. The only honest person I spoke to at the time, the receptionist asks me why I'm being charged, so I tell her. She goes to see the GM and they agree to waive the charge. The service manager comes over to me and says we don't want you as a customer don't come back. As far as I'm concerned, I won't go back for service or to purchase a car and will tell my large network not to do so either. I didn't realize Spinelli Mazda was doing so well that they would alienate clients.
