I brought my car in for an emergency service appointment and I could not be happier with the service. While vacationing in Montreal my low tire pressure light came on and when I tried to put air in the tire that looked problematic I noticed the PSI was down to 20. I called Spinelli Mazda and they were able to fit me in for an appointment the next day. They didn’t find anything wrong with the tire after inspecting it for a flat, but I was happy to have the tires refilled with air and the TPMS reset. My service advisor Isabel Villeneuve was absolutely wonderful. I ended up having to return after leaving since the active driving display wasn’t showing the speed but after a quick reset by the technician all was well again. I’d recommend Spinelli Mazda to anyone I know in Montreal.

The staff is great here. Everyone is very welcoming and have a great sense of customer service.nUnfortunately there are two employees that will not be honest and very rude. Ali salesman and Nick His manager.nI went to the dealership looking for a used CX5 certified it turns out that when I bought the car, the certification was done a year prior to me buying it and they had used the car as a service car. Unfortunately many problems with the car. I had to change oil a month in buying the car and the breaks needed to be changed. After a long discussion with Nick we agreed that they should cover the breaks since my car was certified.n6 months later i went to change the summer tires they gave me with the car, discovering that the tires were dead and the mechanic refused to put the summer tires in. I had call Ali and Nick, they were extremely rude and said this is not their problem and hanged up. I will give a shoutout to the General Manager Mariano that understood the situation and offered to give me proper tires not new ones but at least tires that I could use since I bought the car with them.nThis review is to ensure the sales men that sold me the car do not ever lie again to future customers

Its my second car with Spinelli Mazda. I’m really happy with the service I received.I was very well received by Antoine. He made the whole process super-fast. He tried to make you comfortable not just with good price but made me skip the hassle related to purchase of new vehicle. I booked my car with him and next day he made the car ready for pickup.I’m really happy with the service he gave me specially when the car was required on urgent basis. Highly recommended.
