My car had been damaged by squirrels eating some wires, believe it or not. Spinelli coordinated with my insurance company to assess the damage and agree upon a price to repair. It took 3 weeks to finalize the repairs but I was provided with a courtesy car for the entire period.nOn a separate note, my car was covered by a 3 year service plan providing free maintenance checkups and oil changes. The plan expired in January this year but the service manager was kind enough to extend the coverage for my visit in March, 2023.nOverall good experience.

All the way from Winnipeg I looked for a car I’ve been longing to drive in QC, I came across a couple options but what stood out to me with the dealership at Spinelli was the client success priority. Right from the jump Jean assisted me all through, I explained my transportation concerns and he made the process seamless by providing prompt responses, accurate videos and pictures, proper documentation and assistance the entire time. Mohammed who was the finance manager was the finishing deal as he also made sure I got the best of the best deal and was very patient and helpful throughout.
