He told me that the repair would be in two days, but after 3 weeks of delay, he said that the problem was the computer. He never said the year of the engine until now. Battery and missing parts, they weren't in the trunk, you stole them... I didn't get any discount, I paid for a job that didn't get done, to people who don't know what they're doing. I will not contact you, I already lost my car, and I will warn all people never to go to your dishonest business.

Loved doing business with them. They showed me great respect and hospitality. They are honest when doing business and their deals are always fair. I bought 3 cars to be exported to my home country and they even helped through the process of shipping.

Absolutely terrible service they stole money from me and never even completed the job I would never recommend this place to anyone be careful! He’s a thief he stole a battery straight out of the car he couldn’t even repair just read the reviews and see that you should never come to this place 5 star reviews are definitely fake and probably work with that thief.

I bought a 2016 Hyundai Tucson for $16,000 thousand dollars, and the check engine light was on, so I told him about, and he promised that he is going to fix it for me and he took the $16,000. He said,”it needs sensor”, but he needs some time to buy online. I went back to my home town which is Kingston; it is about 230 km faraway. I contact him again, and he said,” it is not ready yet”. He contacted me, and he said,”we he had it”, so I went to Montreal with my parents, and they tried to change the sensor by cutting it by the oxygen pressure, and they did. They put the now sensor on my vehicle by welding it because while they were trying to change it, they damage my engine environmental Pollution. They were so rude and acting very bad, and I spent all my day in there without food or water with my parents. I paid $2,000 dollars to fix at Hyundai, and Hyundai did not want to fix at the first time because they said,” the one who tried to fix it was unprofessional and unsafe. Also, they fixed the car without caring and by very bad quality; people in the street can tell this car was crash before. Also, the owner was not honest. I brought the police to him, and ambulance came over to my mom because her blood pressure was so high, and almost we lost her because of that situation. He was disrespectful to us. First of all, everything that I mentioned is 100000% true. Second of all, you guys aren’t honest and proof to that is, you promised to me to fix the check engine, and you did not. Third of all, you are selling 700 hundred car a year, but your customer are not happy, and you can tell from the reviews that you have. Next, I asked the dealer to show me the car before, and he can’t be lies about it because the government will take his license from him. And then, the deal was not good because no one will take a damage car with check engine light on pls bad quality for $16,000 except me because I was out of my mind. Also, you should be shame of your self to say,” the check engine no serious issues because I was paying $16,000 for it. So, here is the big issue because you can take out the sensor by tools, not by cutting it by oxygen pressure. Also, you can but the new sensor by the tools, not by wielding it on environment exhaust because that exhaust is too expensive, and you guys damage it by welding it because it has screws. The engine has issues because of the sensor that you did not change. The engine was not powerful and swallow more gas then usual. If the car was $5,000 less then the market place, why you did not take it back and give us our money when you saw your self cannot fix the vehicle? Well I’m sorry to say that, but you are liar! We did not say we need any money from you. We said take your car back and give us our money or we are going to call the police to fix this problem because you were dangerous to us. Especially, the my parents because they are older then you, and you were fighting us and disrespectful to people who are older then you. I’m reporting this just because me as a new Canadian, I have to tell my experience was more the bad. I sold the car for $9,000 after fixing it at Hyundai dealership, and the changed the exhaust and sensor. I paid a lot for it to fix it as mentioned before;on the other hand, i loss a lot for money because the car was fixing in bad quality. I have bought a Honda Civic 2009, the vendor ensured me the engine and the vehicule is in a good state and Indeed everything is fine. He was very nice as he changed me the battery and fixed the brake lights the same day. I recommand the place.
