I love the place, service and all that is provided. Hours are great too, but disco lights and all gimmicks are too distracting. I love spinning and after all these years I prefer just straight up spin with music. I want to enjoy the workout itself. Music is nothing special, very loud and the space is small so it's hard to understand what the instructor is saying. If you can't see instructor then just do the best to keep up or do tour own thing. It is a very busy place so I think most would like it. Bikes are awesome!

I am very displeased with their service. I have purchase a "once a week" auto-reload membership. I had a knee injury and subsequently wanted to cancel my membership. There is no online option to cancel the membership, I then communicated with them by email. They are very slow to respond or don't. Instead of letting me cancel my membership they offered me a hold on the account and are still billing me. I will most likely have to show up in person for them to stop charging my credit card and give me a refund.

This place is dope! Never been that motivated before during a spinning class! You can book your bike and buy your packages all online which is thoughtful and nicely organized.

I had never done spinning before but the staff at Spin City made me feel right at home! It's in a super accessible location and I can go before or after work and on the weekend. The instructors are helpful and will help you set up your bike or even show you how to do the upper body moves. It's a full body workout that makes you feel good for hours after you're done working out! I strongly recommend it, I'm definitely hooked!

Super good workout, in a club environment which was pretty intense. Tell the instructor if it's your first time and they will help adjust your bike and attach your shoes!
