GoodLife Fitness Centres

Seriously some of the best stuff I’ve ever seen. But the location is so busy it is unreal. I got a trainer here who told me certain times of the day when it would not be busy and when I go at those times of day with him there’s tons of people it’s it’s too much.

Nice gym, enough equipment that you don't have to wait during lunchtime (which I suspect is one of the busiest times). Bathroom / showers are clean. Somewhat expensive but if you look around for deals or have corporate pricing it is not bad. They are a bit pushy to try to get you to use personal trainers (I suspect they make a good out of the training sessions).

1:50am - I finish my workout 1:55am - I realize that my lock malfunctioned and that I need a bolt cutter 1:56am - Nobody at the front desk or the main office are on the first floor 2-2:30am - I call the front desk repeatedly and walk arount the whole gym (3 floors) knocking on all "staff only" doors 2:35am - I have now been stranded at the gym for 30+ minutes as my car keys etc are in the locker. No answer from the front desk, no employee to be seen. So I look around the front desk to find the bolt cutters, and go at it myself I understand it's an unusual time, but this is a 24h gym and there should always be someone available at the front desk (or anywhere else for that matter) at least once in the span of 40 minutes, no?

Friendly staff, reracked weights and courteous gym goers. Highly recommend. Avoid during 1200 TO 1300 and 1700 to 1800 since it is packed

Great fitness center, very clean, amazing staff! Everything to get a great workout in and open 24hrs!
