Great spot!! Came by as a drop in. Crossfit Bytown is clean, welcoming, and friendly. The WOD kicked my ass. Great people here, I highly recommend it.

Went to the box as a drop in. Everett was super welcoming and very friendly, not to mention very knowledgeable. Couldn't imagine going to another box if I lived here. Haven't tried others here, but I've tried lots of different boxes while travelling and I haven't come across many like this one. Members and coaches were all friendly and made us feel welcome. Great community at Bytown.

Awesome staff. Great atmosphere. Lots of bars, weights and KBs. Small selection of healthy snacks and post lift drinks. Showers and change rooms on site.

CrossFit Bytown is a perfect illustration of what we mean by "a welcoming community." While visiting my inlaws every year in Ottawa, I'm welcomed as a drop in, not charged a cent, and made to feel right at home. Super impressed. A high recommend if you're visiting from out of town or wanting to take your fitness to a new level.

I contacted Everett about helping me get on a ketogenic diet and exercise plan.  He was extremely helpful and I got great results.  I highly recommend this gym!
