Speedy Glass

I've never had better service at an auto shop. The customer service was amazing and they do not pressure you to buy more than you need. Had a major stone chip that was almost impossible to fix but they did it. Very happy

I recently got a stone chip on my windshield, and my insurer listed Speedy Glass among their recommended repair shops in my area. I made an appointment for 8 AM via the Speedy website, and showed up at the appointed time - shop manager William Mak was surprised because his system showed 9 AM, but I was accommodated and the work was professionally done within 30 minutes. William explained how the repair worked, with probabilities for any issues occurring (roughly - the bigger the chip, the greater the risk that something could go wrong, requiring replacement instead of repair) - and he also took care of the insurance paperwork for me. I was dreading that there would be more paperwork or delays, but this was a hassle free experience. I will be telling my friends to consider William's shop if they have windshield chips or cracks in future.

Been there twice great service both times. First time the crack repair was nearly noticable. Second time I had a dash cam on my old windshield. They removed it, but it back on and cleaned up the wiring. Really went above and beyond.

Troy and Jay were excellent. They fixed a stone chip in the windshield in about 30 minutes, and the quality of their work was superb!

My wife's vehicle had 3 stone chips that were long overdue. I decided to visit Speedy glass for a quote and met with Arn from the Whitby location who was covering for William. Arn was very knowledgeable and patient with explaining the repair process and cost associated...a true gentleman. I felt comfortable to proceed with the glass repair which Arn indicated would take approx 45mins... this was cutting it close to my other appointment. Arn understood my circumstances, valued my time and managed to multi task 2 machines to get me in and out. The repair work was spot on and completed in 30mins. I couldn't be happier with the customer centric service that was provided today. Thank you for going above and beyond. Highly recommended!!!
