Superior Tire & Auto

I went in for an oil change and they did a fine job with it and even brought me into the garage to watch while they made the change. Staff were friendly. The reason why they lose 3 stars is because of a problem occurring a week after I left the garage. Apparently after they checked my cabin filter, they jammed it back into the compartment, which ended up damaging the recirculation door. This resulted in an incredibly loud clicking noise. I suppose their staff were not aware they needed to switch the car mode from intake to recirculation before opening the cabin filter. I had to pay Lexus ~$200 to have the damage taken out and a new filter replaced because they managed to bend that as well. Unfortunately I cannot prove it was them, but no one touched the cabin filter after them.

Had to get winter tires put on. Called and obtained an appointment today. Waited for over an hour and it was done. Happy with the speedy service. I would have had to wait another fewer days at other places. Thanksgiving

Bought a Groupon for brake pads. They said I needed new rotors so I paid additional parts and labour charge. When I got my car back I noticed it was not driving well and called them immediately. It was the end of the day so I had to go back the next day. Felt unsafe driving it on the highway and felt like my tire was going to come off. Went back the next day and their mechanic worked on the car for over an hour and said there was nothing wrong with the tires and said maybe I had a problem with the alignment or transmission. When I drove the car again the wobbling had stopped but now I was hearing a rattling noise every time I went over a bump. The next day I went to another mechanic who inspected the tires and found that they had left the used brake pad inside the suspension arm causing the noise. I called the head office to complain and Frank had the shop reimburse me for the third inspection at the other mechanic. I will not be going back to this shop and would warn people against using their service.

They are big time scammers. Will give you false estimates and tell you that parts have to be replaced when in fact they don't and charge you unconscionably. Will never go back!!!

Avoid this place. These guys will mark up the prices significantly on parts to make quick bucks off you. Also will suggest repairs that are not even needed. Glad that I sought second opinion from the dealership and another mechanic, both of whom were on same page regarding the needed repairs.
