Bought a used car there. They promised to fix a bunch of stuffs within the week so I can have the car by the weekend for my road trip. They could not make it, so I had to pick the car up and came back later to have the car fixed. The day I came back to pick it up the second time, the car was not detailed as promised, and there was a new dent on the door. I asked the used car manager and he blamed a Ford dealership for that. He did not even show his apology or willingness to correct this issue. At that point, I was really fed up and just wanted to take the car so I don't have to go back there again. 
In brief, if you really want to buy a car from here, make sure everything is done before picking up the car no matter what they promise you. Otherwise, you will get into trouble.

Update: Just saw the owner's response below but nobody has ever contacted me to resolve this. I guess it's just another lie to cover them up

It's A small older dealership but the staff is great. Alex and his manager were able to find me the exact truck that I wanted and have it shipped in a reasonable amount of time. Alex was very helpful and easy to work with, not pushy like most car salesmen are. I would definitely recommend Markville Chevrolet and will refer clients over to Alex anytime!

My friend referred Alex of Markville GM to me,  from my first visit to the moment I signed paper and got the key, I got nothing to complain. Alex is very knowledgeable,  helpful and honest. He helped me to narrow down the best model to suit my need, and even transport an inventory truck from another dealer to make sure I'm 100% satisfy with it. I've signed the contract last weekend at a negotiated price,  when I came yesterday to pick up the key, he told me there is another new extra 4% promotion happened right before I come, so he and his manager revised the contract price to make an even better deal. TBH, what else can I expect from this dealership?

The entire team at Markville is very friendly, courteous, and attentive.  I find this in every department from Service to Parts and Sales. I always service my vehicles here and buy them here too, and have been doing so for over 10 years now.
Thanks to everyone who works at Markville for always exceeding my expectations!

I want to Thank Judy Walsh for all her help.  I am as blind as a bat when it comes to cars.  Judy looked after me, advises me, and do the best she can for my car.  When it came time to change car, I asked for Judy's advice and she introduced me to Nick.  When I needed emergency service, she brings me in immediately and make sure I have a rental car to leave.  I don't even check my billings anymore because I know all the work she performed are needed.   Thank you Judy for all your help!
