SpaZend Day Spa, located in downtown Syracuse, NY, offers a relaxing and holistic experience centered in ancient Asian healing treatments.The spa is designed to create an escape, featuring candle-lit rooms and many antiques including a 100-year-old Chinese herbal medicine cabinet, chimes and Buddha statues.

SpaZend Spa features a discounted signature treatment such as the Thai Poultice Massage, Purifying Herbal Facial or Japanese Clay and Cedar Wrap each month. Spa membership programs and private spa parties are favored features.

I went into the office for a facial and a massage. The girls were really pleasant when I walked into the Spa. The atmosphere itself is very relaxing. They handed me a clipboard in which they asked a few questions, and it only took a moment to complete. I was handed a key and shown to the locker room where I had a nice robe and comfy slippers to slip into. There was refreshments and crackers available, for my short wait. The massage was 50 minutes and I was asked if there was anything specific I needed worked on. After the massage Brittany handed me a glass of water. Then off to my facial with Shakia (did I say how she gives the best facials), it was my first facial and I can not express in words how pleased I am. I will go there for now on and they can expect me to recommend them to anyone who is looking for great service and treatment. Your staff ROCKS

The first time I ever had a massage in my life was at this place in 2013. Since then, I became addicted to having massages. Thank you! 😉

Always an excellent experience and serene environment with every visit. The Thai poultice treatment is amazing!

The massage part was wonderful and the Therepist Lauren was amazing. i also had a facial and this is were it was bad. They ran behind by 20 minutes, are you kidding!! The owner runs the school upstairs and the preach about time management. Then to make it worse I paid for a 80 minute facial and only got a 65 minute one because they were behind they cut into my time. Grrrrr.... I definitely won't be going back since I did not get what I paid for.
