Very professional and a big thank you to the very best of the best. Nina gives the most amazing facials, makes you feel comfortable and not embarrassed about any part of an extraction (wouldn't do it without her). Tina is by far one of the best massage therapist's I have ever encountered (and the others are pretty amazing too). Warm, welcoming and excellent at what she does. Worth giving 10 stars to the entire team at Massage Envy in Clay. You all are so great! Keep up the great work!!!!!

Billy is an excellent therapist. Just called to make another appt and was told it is $90 for an hour massage. Come on... $90?. It's not even an hour...it's 50 min. Ridiculous!

They conduct themselves with underhanded business practices when it comes to your time on the table, scheduling appointments along with piss poor communication from the front desk staff. I had signed a six-month contract which I had followed through with and asked the front desk staff about repeatedly at every appointment and scheduling. Toward the end of my contract they scheduled me an appointment for more time than I had allotted on my account. Never once!!! was it mentioned that I was using additional time than allowed or that there would be additional charges. After receiving the treatment for that appointment, ONLY THEN did they mention how I went over allotted time and would now have additional charges. They tried to intimidate me to pay and use whatever means needed so they could receive their ill-gotten $20. AS for time on the table that equaled out to be about maybe 40 min. I would show up to appointment at 2:30, not be put on the table till 2:45, then told my time was finished and be off the table by 3:20. So where exactly is that 60 min. massage I have been paying for with my contract. As I had mentioned before I had only signed a six-month contract with the Liverpool\Clay location, which I had inquired about numerous times with the front desk staff (multiple times with same employee!!!), they then enacted an auto-renew for another contract without my acknowledgement what so ever. Then after paying all of what bills I had; never thinking about MassageEnvy taking another payment; They send my account into the red by taking an unauthorized payment from my bank, then refuse to return the money after cancellation of a contract that was never discussed, acknowledged or approved. While also refusing me the treatment that I have paid for, they had deceitfully removed from my bank. I hope anyone reading this would look further past MassageEnvy to personal practices not out to rape your wallet with underhanded, misrepresented and immoral business practices.

This company is very misleading. I had a very unprofessional experience when canceling my contract. I legally canceled my contract by providing a Dr. note. I was told by the owner that my note (stating that my pre natal massage was no longer needed since I was no longer pregnant) wasn't worded correctly, but they would cancel it anyway. I was then informed I couldn't use my unused massages that were already paid for. I requested a refund. The owner stated he would not refund me but decided he would allow me to use my remaining massages. After more back and forth I was disappointed and still requested a refund. After everything, there was no way I could "relax" and go for a massage at a company I didn't want to do business with for very good reason. I was allotted 70 days to use my 5 massages. Reluctantly I used some time, but I was unable to use them all. I walked away with no refund for my unused services. I will NEVER use Massage Envy. I hope airing my experience will make them correct their business model and improve their customer service. Or simply help save someone else time and money by recommending they NEVER do business with Massage Envy, expecially the Liverpool NY location.
