I'm not the kind of person who likes to complain, but my experience with this place was bad enough that I have felt a need to write a review. In September I saw a Groupon for a massage at this business and purchased it. I scheduled an appointment for Friday, November 10 at 6:00pm through their website. I received a confirmation as well. On the day of my appointment I get to the location a little before 6pm (also, this was a 30 minute drive from my home). I walk into the Synergy Center where it's located and follow the signs to Onondaga Therapeutic Massage. I go downstairs to where the signs point and I'm very confused because all of the lights are off. So I'm kind of awkwardly trying to figure out where I'm supposed to go and one of the doctors who works at the Synergy Center asked if I needed help and I told her I had an appointment for a massage. She went with me and no one was there, they closed early and she was very surprised no one was there. Note: their website even says they close at 7:30pm on Fridays. She called Craig (the owner of Onondaga Therapeutic Massage?) with no answer and she left a voicemail. I told her it was no problem and I would call and leave a voicemail with my contact info so he could call me. I wasn't overly annoyed and I figured I would get a call back, an apology and a fix for their mistake. I wait a few days and I got no call back. On Tuesday, I called again and no answer. I left another voicemail, no response. Now I'm starting to get pretty annoyed. I call again on Wednesday (twice), once in the morning and once in the afternoon. No answer. I just contacted Groupon and received a refund for my purchase. I wasn't even going to write a negative review after they missed my appointment. I know people make mistakes and I figured maybe they didn't see the appointment or there was an emergency. But it has now been 6 days since my appointment and initial voicemail and I have not heard one word back from Onondaga Therapeutic Massage. Totally disrespectful and unprofessional. I scheduled my appointment TWO months in advance and added an extra hour of driving time to my Friday. So yeah, avoid this place. I would stick to a massage place that actually answers your call, or at least returns them.

Craig was absolutely fantastic. Insightful. Professional. Caring. Knowledgeable. He took the time after to explain why certain areas hurt and gave me stretches to do. Can't wait for my next visit!

Felt amazing throughout the whole experience. Craig was very nice and told me about what to do to help tight areas.
