I don't know why this place has gotten such bad reviews. The receptionist greeted me as soon as I walked in with a smile and answered all the questions I had. They thoroughly explained the process and what to expect. Bob was my masseuse and paid attention to what I asked for. His pressure was perfect for me. I had a great experience and will be coming back!

Worst customer service ever! And the best way to cancel a membership is to never sign up for a membership at all. Just stay away!
