Paparazzi Day Spa Salon & Boutique

I got a massage here. To start, the massage, by Jessica was fantastic-5 star worthy!! The location though- that’s a different story. The massage area is located under a salon so you hear footsteps and other noises the whole time. There was also a loud ticking clock in the room . Neither of which are relaxing. The massage waiting area is in between the salon and nail salon , so anyone can just walk through the room as you sit there barely naked. Not relaxing! The door to the sauna looked like it hadnt been cleaned all day - gross! Lastly water is also very important and there was no water to access until after the massage and no shoes to wear after the sauna , I had to put my own shoes back on then off again for the massage. Just weird all around!! I do not suggest this place for massage.

Had a spa mani-pedi from Clara... Very nice young woman. She is pleasant, polite, and personable. I could tell that Clara cares about the customer experience - she did a terrific job - thank you Clara!! 😃

I have had a gift certificate for a spa package from here for almost six months now, and I have yet to be able to use it - even partially despite several attempts at making a convenient appointment time. If you're looking for same-day or even same-week service when you want to book an appointment, this place is not for you. I suppose that could mean one of two things: 1.) They're that awesome and their existing clientele is that loyal and in need of that many time-consuming, frequent services that they're simply too in-demand to accommodate a working mother's (sometimes last minute shot in the dark, but with 100% openness to be agreeable to whatever can be done) availability , or 2.) They're not willing to go the extra mile for the aforementioned majority of non-regularly-recurring spa patrons who are just looking to be pampered for a short time (and who tip generously!) before returning to their real life which does not include any planned-in-advance free time and set-aside allowances necessary to make an appointment a week or more in advance, yet they're more than willing to take your money in exchange for a gift certificate that will likely expire before any mutually accepted appointment can be booked. If I ever get the opportunity to use my gift certificate for what, in their brochure, looks to be an amazing and much needed spa rejuvenation experience, I will certainly update this review to include the details of actual services rendered!

I have been going to Papparazzi for about 3-4 years, Marie always does an amazing job. And the atmosphere there is always friendly and bright.
