I followed my hairdresser from another salon to Karma and it was a great move for her and myself. Great location, easy access, super nice staff and I'm always happy with my hair. I especially love the product line "Surface" they use. Its Vegan and thats important to me.

The staff is so friendly! They all greet you when you walk in and offer a beverage throughout your appointment.

Very calming environment. Excellent hair stylist (I had Megan). She was able to understand my desired hair style very well and worked with me to achieve the perfect hair cut. I would definitely come again for another hair cut.

My experience at Karma salon has been excellent, every time. I refuse to go any where else. Even when I lived in Manhattan, I would find a way to schedule my hair appointment while I was visiting my parents in Syracuse (b/c I always love my hair and it is MUCH cheaper than NYC). I always see Teresa, who I basically trust with my life. She always suggests new styles and I am never disappointed!! I have recommended multiple people to Teresa and every person I have recommended feels the same. I love it here and the recent expansion is beautiful. Everyone should check it out!
