I would recommend Capri without hesitation. Kayla at the Powick Rd location in Kelowna called to remind my of my upcoming car insurance which I completely forgot about until it was about to expire. I called Kayla in desperation and she drove out to my house with paperwork in hand! Service like this is why Capri has been around for decades and will continue to be so. Many thanks!

Jody Hayes at Capri Insurance went above and beyond for me and my family. When my daughter suffered an injury while attending school in Denmark and our insurance company began to deny coverage of services, I emailed Jody. Jody responded immediately and provided effective advice and connections so that I was well informed and supported, should I need to "get serious". Thankfully, the need did not arise, but I would not hesitate in recommending Jody to handle any claim you may have. Thank you!

We use Capri Insurance for our Business and private insurance needs. Dealing with either Jody or Crissy is a pleasure. i feel that my needs are covered and I was not over sold extra coverage I did not need. I enjoy that they can do insurance coverage on items outside of Kelowna BC and this helps us cover our valuables outside of Kelowna. I Trust Capri to take care of my needs
