Coming from out of province? Save yourself the trouble go somewhere else! The lady was not very knowledgeable nor courteous to potential new clients. Your business will be much more appropriated elsewhere I'm sure. I've already found a much better, informed broker but out of respect will omit their name.

Our Strata Council switched it's insurance, for our complex, over to Western Financial a year ago and it was one of the best decisions we have ever made. I am confident we won't be changing brokers again (any time soon). Our agent, Aidan, is extremely helpful and knowledgeable especially regarding strata issues. She is truly wonderful to work with and makes ensures you are well taken care of. The other staff is friendly and eager to help if they can. A top-rate, first class office!!

Upper management feels no need to communicate with staff. G.M. Staff moral is sick. Lots of people on stress leave. Hidden sadness everywhere.
