Called them asking if they can color match a “dried” up paint I got last year from Home Depot, man on the phone said of course come in we can definitely help you out. When I arrived with my dried up paint the older man working there was VERY rude and condescending, talking to me with so much disrespect and disdain, acting as if I had personally offended him by bringing in old paint. He refused to even try color matching the paint, repeatedly saying it was impossible without some wet paint left. Cannot believe they told me to come in for them to treat me like that. Went to Rona and the worker there was appalled by how I had been treated, and was shocked they were not capable of color matching, when it took him less than 2mins. Lived In Ladner for over 30yrs and have never been treated so poorly by a local company.

I was refused service today so ended up purchasing my paint from somewhere else. My assumption is that they don't need the business so I used to be a customer. A star had to be added so that I could post.

Always great service here. The young man that works there knows his stuff. He always helps me find a paint color or recommends something better.

I've shopped at this store on many occasions and always found the service to be very good. Recently it's become lousy
