I really appreciate the staff at Ladner Village Hardware. I really needed a part to wrap up a water heater for a client and they waited after they were supposed to be closed so I could pick it up because I wasn't going to make it in time. That is dedication to customer care. Keep it up the great service Ladner Village Hardware.
Initially my Husband and I were happy with the service at Ladner Village Hardware, however, when a defective product failed. -- within a month of purchase - we were not provided any satisfaction - the store owner would not even provide the courtesy of a return call. As someone who works in a similar environment, I do know how demanding customers can be - as an accountant, I also understand the financial realities of a small business, what I don't understand is poor customer service. I love to shop local, but unresponsive ownership drives customers away - and the big box stores win.
LVH always provides great service to me and for my business. They have 99.9% of what I need, and if they don't, they are always helpful in telling me where I can find it. Please to be able to support a local business that treats its customers and fellow businesses so well.
Great little small town hardware store! Huge selection / range of products . Great to be able to just drop in here for most projects instead of having to go to he big box locations . James and crew are always very helpful.

You really can't find these stores around anymore, friendly staff and super helpful. This isn't a large chain store, probably why. I really hope they will be around a long time ! *This store has now closed and the owners retired I believe. Really really sorry to see this store close, I loved it
