I got what I thought was a pretty good deal the day after cyber Monday. Honestly not sure if the 20 GB for $30 a month is available year round or not, but my 2-year contract with another provider was up and I wanted to try a new carrier as I wasn’t happy with the coverage/reception. I’ve been led to believe Koodo will be much better. The 2 guys helping were friendly and I was quite happy when I left.
Drishti was very friendly and offered me a plan that solved my concern about data and and a few other questions that I had. I was good advice. I also noted that she had another staff member check a detail just to make sure all was OK. And she made the upgrade that helped me out.
Excellent service. Full transfer of phones with no glitches. Worked with us to find a suitable plan. Only glitch was it was very busy and did not get a receipt for service fee and case. Only a visa receipt. Thought it was coming by Email
Customer service at Telus in Ladner was exceptional, everything was done in a timely manner. Special thank you to Arun, the sales rep, very helpful and professional service and followed up the next day. Highly recommend you go to the store for home and mobile service instead of waiting for 30 minutes on hold over the phone.
Drishti was very helpful and friendly. I appreciated all of her advice and help. I came out with lower bill payments and a new phone. Thanks again
I want to say thank you for the great service Feb 8th at the Ladner location. I was welcomed when entering, and their help finessing my Telus services was done quickly, efficiently, and explained clearly. A further discount was applied to my bill because they cared to ask what cell service I used. koodoo. Yay!
Vaibhav was extremely knowledgeable and patient.. I’m not the most tech savvy but spent the time to work through with me. And made it clear to call anytime should I have more questions. Overall a very pleasurable experience

Great experience at Ladner Telus I have them all the info and went to get a coffee came back and everything was done. Usually painful but this was appreciated very much ask for Drishti she rocks!!!
