Dollarama

Great selection of greeting cards for all occasions, party supplies, tons of crafty things. Pet stuff, cleaning and household, storage, candy, food....the list goes on. Prices are really good too. I find myself going there a lot to buy things I need. Stock changes with all the holidays too. recommend it!

It was okay. Not the most stocked Dollarama around. Their art and stationary sections were lacking but everything else was normal. No self checkouts. Kinda slows things down.

Why your cashier playing my ball when I check out, if he like playing balls, let him play himself ball, unless he doesn’t have.

Ok, seriously. You buy something and expect to get what you buy. The ‘manager’ was the customer service rep, bought 3 gifts cards for $25 each. Odd, only 2/3 activated. Spent over an hour there trying to solve and ‘manager’ said to send in a mail request. Like do better. I would never hire you as one of my managers. Just painful. If you buy something, you should get that. If the ‘manager’ is incomplete, fix it. Nope, figure it out yourself. Just painful. They assume all customers are poor etc. yeah, no so much. Just absolutely pathetic customer service when you can’t even process a gift card. It’s not the $25 but the principle of it. And I’m sure the owner won’t make right, store won’t make right and honestly, my journey wasted is worth more than $25. Just unbelievable shady practices and to owner, get a new ‘manager’ but I bet that it a family member..

I bought a flower pot from this store for $4, but unfortunately, it was cracked. When I tried to return or exchange it on the next day, I was told that they don’t accept returns or exchanges—even for damaged items. On top of that, the cashier was not polite or helpful. I understand it’s a small purchase, but customer service and fair policies matter. I won’t be shopping here again.
