Great experience! Bill was extremely kind and helpful. Took the time to find out our individual needs, and give us a full understanding of all of our options. He even came to our place to see the spot and make recommendations based on decor - at no extra charge! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a fireplace.

Solace Home Comfort is definitely a place to go to for any of your fireplace needs. The guys there are very informative, pleasant and know what they're talking about! They make sure you're happy with what you want and go above and beyond to do so. Very professional and competitive. I recommend them to anyone looking for a fireplace.

The only regret I have is that I didn't buy my previous fireplace from Solace Home Comfort. They made the process of choosing the right fireplace and installing it so easy! The service was really friendly and most importantly the installer took care of pulling a city permit himself and pulled a gas line into our previously wood burning fireplace with ease. He even threw blankets on the surface where he had the fireplace parts laid out to prevent the floor from scratches/dirt. In terms of price, I compared their quote to others I got from Vaglio and Fireplaces Unlimited and they couldn't get close to it. Highly recommend! - Elena from New West
