Went in looking for a power tool that the website said they had but the item was no where to be found. One of the staff that helped me search for about 20 min finally gave up and told me it would be best to go to another store. I continued looking myself and asked another staff member who passed me on to someone else and so on until finally I was passed to Vince. The buck stops with that guy. He took my name and said he would continue searching and call me once they found the tool. Usually this is a way to get rid of someone and many business will never call back. To my surprise, I received a call the next day saying I could pick the tool up at customer service. Very happy with the service provided by Vince. Very personable and helpful.

I could spend the whole day here. There's a bit of everything. Generally I find the staff helpful and friendly. They've got a respectable garden centre here. Prices are ok, sometimes good, sometimes high. I find their stock more consistent than Rona.

Awesome customer service by these guys.... comparative to Costco. I returned the tiles that I didn't use after 1.5 years and they took it without a problem at regular price. Rohinton is an awesome employee in appliances. Super friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommended

Very knowledgable staff. Bernie in the paint department helped us find everything we were looking for. Even though a few items were from plumbing and hardware he still knew where they were and correctly directed us or brought us to the product and made sure it was the right item for our project. Excellent experience overall.

The store was clean, I had good directions from employees but I forgot my credit card, and they don't accept mobile payment, or even tap from physical credit cards.
