I purchased two bathroom fixtures from Norburn -- great service at the time of purchase --- two years later -- what I thought was a blown tube -- Norburn -- helped me track down replacement tubes --- sadly it was the ballast --- Norburn to the rescue to help me track down a replacement ballast --- I can only sing the praises of this customer service oriented firm --- THREE CHEERS FOR NORBURN LIGHTING and their amazing Staff

Very good selection. I found a pendant and ceiling lamp. I would have given 5 stars if employees had greeted my or ask if I needed help. Overall, satisfied with my experience.

There is a reception desk when you first walk through the door. I was referred to a sales person right away, got a quote for what I wanted, and called back later to place the order. I paid around 25% less than Robinson for the exact same model of shower and matching base. Great experience over all.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Rude, non interested and very unhelpful staff that looks at you and instead of helping you find the product you're looking for (eg. Ask about 60w - 120v warm daylight bulb?) - stares at you with a long pause only to say "that makes no sense" - instead of helping the customer find what they need. You've made us feel unwelcome, unwanted and frankly dumb for asking question about what bulbs you carry. It's literally your job to help someone understand what light is right for them seeing that you're a lighting store. And you've just lost yourself customers. ZERO stars to the 2 old ladies who work there.

This place has good variety of fans, lighting and bathroon stuff, coupled with great, patient, informative and kind personal attention.
