The Foam Shop Burnaby

I bought a new car, but the bucket seats were way too low for me and I needed a good cushion that would raise me up so I had better visability. I went into the Burnaby Foam Shop to inquire about getting a cushion custom made. Anna was amazing and helped me figure out the size, foam density, fabric, etc...what I needed. She cut the foam for me on the spot so I could use it right away & told me it would take about a week to get the cover sewn. But, she called me about an hour later and said the cover was already done! I went to pick it up and it was perfect. So, I got a completed cushion in one day while other places told me it was going to take other places between 2-4 weeks to complete. Amazing and fast customer service. Thanks Anna!

Ordered 20 custom foam bolsters from the foam shop. Michael was amazingly helpful and went above and beyond my expectations. Great customer service and even worked out great pricing which included shipping to Calgary. 10/10 service/quality and the product is very well made. They truly stand by their work. Will order from them for sure in the future.

There is a mix in staff quality. One lady has misquoted me on several products, so I have to ask to talk to the man in the back. He corrects the quote and is very pleasant to deal with.

Very helpful staff and great selection. Instantly helpful and able to answer any questions or concerns you have in a friendly and efficient way. 100% would recommend to anyone looking for something comfy to fall onto at the end of every day
