The paint quality is excellent, and the in store service is good as well. The (presumably) manager of the store even contacted me directly over email to address some of my concerns and questions about product availability. Sometimes service can take a while, especially when there is a sale on, but it isn't any slower than buying paint elsewhere. Parking is tight, but there's always been a spot available for me when I arrive.
