Thank you Empower. After our break in we had two other companies come out and give us a quote and they wanted to charge us thousands of dollars for a basic system. When we told our friend she said for sure we are being taken advantage of and not to tell any of the companies we had a break in. We had empower come by on a Saturday which we were surprised they came out. We got a very very good system I can control from my cellphone. The install took a bit longer than the sales rep suggested but we didn't mind. The installer took his time explaining everything on detail before leaving. We love Empower and recommend to check them out! I already sent them over to my neighbours who got cameras from them as well.

Update: experienced some issues with moving the account to a new place. However, after speaking with Ray Mak from Empower directly he alleviated any concerns I had and went above and beyond to ensure that I was being taken care of. Although there were some technological hurdles (lack of cell reception in my area) with the install, they upgraded the equipment free of charge to ensure that my system was compatible with my area. Based on this I can say they take customer service and satisfaction very seriously.

Edit: We had an issue that turned out to be a misscommunication. Once we got in contact with the right, local people, they were great and offered to send out a tech right away to fix our alarm. Empower has great customer service!

Highly recommend! Very professional in every aspect! We've been with Empower Security Automation for a while now and we have nothing but great things to say about them. To begin with, they have exceptional customer service with highly trained and knowledgeable personnel. I spoke with Ray! He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He's well informed and advised us on services they provide and of which would best fit our all around security system needs. I was also most impressed with their high-end equipment, quality, and Technological Sophistication and how his team quickly and so efficiently handled and installed everything with no worries. I must say even with having the most advanced and up to date equipment/services, their main goal is and has always been to keep their clients happy and safe! My parents live with me and their security and safety comes first! ESA team are always there to help when is needed and answer all questions! That's one of many reasons I would highly recommend Empower Automation Security to friends and family first, and whomever's looking for a great, legitimate, advanced security Automation company, for their homes or their business needs! They're one of the best in the industry based on my experience! They're still our first and only option without a doubt. :)
