I have been shopping here at Reddhart for about 6 yrs now. The first time I came to the store I was greeted by the most pleasant and helpful lady I have had the pleasure of meeting. Deb absolutely became the metric for great customer service to me. Her great attitude, friendly demeanor, knowledgeable advice and all around pleasantness left such an impression that I have not bought work clothes from any other store since. I am happy to report that every subsequent visit has just been a great experience and that is important when you're spending hundreds of dollars a year in the store. Thank you Deb. Well worth the drive from Kamloops for my Keen boots. Deb was great at customer service. Answered all my questions and had a great sense of humor. I think this store is a prime example of what all stores should strive and achieve for customer service. Will be coming back more. Well worth the drive. Very reasonable prices too.
Outstanding customer service! Carol and Deb are the best retail workers I've been helped by. Helped me out for 20+ minutes to find the right boots and gave me a multitude of options and advice. Will definitely do my work shopping there from now on.
Staff was super friendly and helpful with finding anything I needed. Great prices compared to almost anywhere else and way cheaper than marks. They also have a pretty good selection of brands, sizes, and colors for any of their work wear. Will definitely be back again soon

I bought some ‘Canada west’ work boots from Reddhart. They are the finest pair of boots I have ever owned and with proper care you can expect them to last many, many years. The staff was friendly and helpful and the boots are made in Canada which is an extra bonus.
Honesty, I don’t enjoy the shopping process much and I wasn’t having much luck buying clothes for work as everywhere was so busy, picked over or not on sale…in steps Carol to save the day. Tried Redhart as id driven past it a lot and have seen from outside they have all the good brands. I walked in and started to look at the boots right away. Carol helped me buy excellent quality, insulated and waterproof boots at an absolute bargain of $150.00 which meant I had budget left for Carhartt pants and a shirt both 15% off And a free touque!!!! Amazing service, kind and friendly advice and loads of Canadian made stuff inside. Thank you ladies. Amazing experience
Wonderful customer service and fantastic selection of clothing. Well worth the money too! Definitely helps to have a store that stocks pretty much almost every size.
We just left the store, our first time and we will become regular customers. Super knowledgeable staff, very friendly my husband got his work boots and couldn't be happier. I also gave him some ideas for Christmas for me!! Thank you and see you again soon
Great store experience on multiple occasions. Deb is the best sales person I have observed in Kelowna. She alone deserves the 5 stars. She knows her products in and out and her clientele and matches them perfectly. If any retail stores want to learn how to sell with compassion and empathy; go and learn from Deb. Because who really wants to buy from a grumpy sales person?! See you next time, Deb!
