I went in to get an Osprey backpack for an upcoming hike. Sadly they didn't have my size and I was told if I ordered one I could bring it in to have my custom hip belt heat moulded there. When I arrived with my pack I was told that my pack doesn't have a moldable hip belt. I double checked on line and it does indeed need to be molded.  It was suggested that I could try another brand of backpack...

Helpful, friendly staff who will ask you if you need a hand but leave you alone if you don't.  Lots of the usual suspects as far as gear in a shop like this.. brand names, somewhat pricey but no more than any other similar shop in town.

Purchased my hiking pack here. Any time I've gone in staff has been very knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy at all. Store is always organized and clean. I enjoy shopping here.
