I made a online pickup order for this location on December 26 in the early hours and received an email to pickup the order at 10am. Due to the fact that I was working that day I came on the 27th to pick up the order. I understand that it is the holiday seasons/ Boxing Day sales and it is a busy time of the year but the store and the service was very unorganized and poor. The person that helped me was nice but the process was very confusing. I had to wait over 10 minutes for her to find my order in the back and during that time she was stopped by another worker to assist with something which I had to ask her to complete my transaction before helping. I work in customer service and I think it is ridiculous how unorganized it is here.
I went to the store to purchase a pair of shoes. I tried to ask this young black lady for help and she told me to go find somebody else and just take the shoes with me. So then I go to find somebody else and I find this young white lady blonde hair and glasses and she tells me I am giving her too much work by trying to get different sizes to try on. This was really awkward and definitely not a place I wanted to shop at. I needed shoes so I still went through with trying on shoes only to realize that the pair that they handed me look like they had been worn by somebody else and we're all scrapped up as if someone else had worn them. So in the end I left with no shoes. I would recommend going to another store. I should add that when I asked for a pair of shoes they told me that I should know my size in advance so they don't have to look it up and help me with it.
I never go out of my way to write reviews but my experience today was just ridiculous. It took one of the girls 20 minutes to find us shoes and she came out later and said we dont have any sizes available. I asked for another pair of shoes and again waited to hear they have no sizes. One other girl said out loud “no one ask me anything” when a customer was standing at the front asking questions. I dont know how the customer didnt flip out, hire new people because these girls are just getting paid by the hour doing absolutely nothing.
0 stars if I could. Went into this place looking for sandals. First my mom asked for the size the associate said no they don’t carry it. There were about 40 softmoc brand slippers on display and I asked if any of the slippers in that brand came in 11. Just received an automatic no again. I have bought softmoc brand slippers in an 11 so I know they carry it. There was no interest in assisting me. Sales associates are more interested in chatting amongst themselves then helping anyone out. Don’t waste your time here.
This place doesn't know basic requirements of good customer service. On a weekend, big queue at the POS and customer service rep was busy chit chatting with the customer. Moreover, there were other two reps just standing there and didn't bother to serve next customer. Wow, says a lot about how this store operates
I dont write reviews very often but today one white woman with red hair have made my experience terrible. She DOES NOT know customer service. She either need to learn how to be nice to peope or else people have other stores too to visit. We dont need such rudeness. According the way she was talking it appeard she was marking racial comments by saying “in canada this is how it is” like are you serious !? She truly reflected her own self the way she talked man. Even after all this drama i still wanted to purchase but she forced me to leave and said “NO” to sell the product ? Please who so ever is the owner , look into this closely . Thank you
Wow, what a rude sales person. Didn't have time to serve, look for product or make a sale. Great products, but when she looked for my size, came back with a tart "no". Didn't offer to find it or order it in. Won't go back, can find rudeness any where, will buy it somewhere else. Sorry. No sale. She won't be there long!

The store was super busy today and the store associate Tay helping was so patient, calm and happy to help. It made my experience in a busy store so much better because of her.
Went to buy a pair of boots December 5th at the BCC location. The employee either didn’t want to help me or she wasn’t smart enough. Also why is there a bunch of shoes on the floor? Is that so the customers can trip on? Not just one pair either try 10-15 pairs of shoes in a pile. Accident waiting to happen.
