The sales team was really helpful in understanding exactly what I was looking for and gave me some great suggestions. Vinay assisted me throughout the process and was very knowledgeable about the products he recommended. I ended up getting the Timberland PRO shoes, and they’re really comfortable. Since I work in project management, I was looking for something lighter and more comfortable rather than the typical rugged, heavy safety shoes, and these were a perfect fit.

Mister Safety has a nice variety of safety shoes/boots to choose from. Esha, the staff member that helped me find the exact shoe I was looking for and also measured my foot to ensure the right fit. I would definitely be coming back for when I need to get a new pair

Came here yesterday to get some safety shoes and Mustafa made the process so quick and seamless and he was extremely kind. He did not ask me to write a review but I wanted to give this place five stars just for his generosity alone. He went above and beyond to help me while I was there.

Straight up garbage Timberland shoes and a garbage store experience. My Timberland PRO safety shoes fell apart in under 2 months,totally defective. Staff wouldn’t help ‘cause I didn’t have a paper receipt, even with a photo in hand. Rude, unprofessional, zero help. Save your money and skip this place. Heads up, if you’re thinking of going, you’ll probably end up in the same mess.

Very good customer service and knowledgable staff. I visted this week and the place was very busy. The staff did their best and were catering to multiple people at a time, asking questions and making sure I had the best possible shoes. Sometimes a little patience goes a long way. I would definitely be coming back when i need a new pair.
