DO NOT GO TO JUJU SHOES. Bramalia City Centre, I am no longer a client of your mall, thanks to the rudeness and disrespectful behaviour and the poorly way I was treated by JUJU shoe store. On Aug 15, 2017 I came into the mall looking for shoes. The middle age man (whom I think is the owner) brings me 2 pairs of shoes, He comes back with 1 saying he didn’t have the other ones in my size. I tried them on but it didn’t feel good, so I asked for 2 more. in total I asked for 3 pairs of shoes. He is pushing the sale... My phone rings and I took a text message and he went on to see other clients. I tried the last pair and again these are not the right fit. As I was putting the shoes back into the box, he comes and asks me “if I have decided for those” and I said I had to go, my ride is outside and then HE WENT OFF ON ME, raising his pitchy voice: “Why have you bothered me so much for? Why you come to my store asking for shoes if you have no to time to shop, then don’t come to my store!!!” I replied in disbelief: “ What? Isn’t this your job to bring shoes to clients, we have no obligation to buy!!” He says “DO YOU THINK I AM YOUR SLAVE? to bring shoes to you for nothing”. “What are you kidding me, that is an idiotic thing to say and you are mad because I am not buying, you are rude and disrespectful. Now I am glad I am not buying from you” – I said And then he calls me “you are an idiot rude woman, leave my store”. Obviously I call him idiot back too! He is waving his hands with gestures of kicking me out of the store, calling me names and threatening me to call security” “You idiot with no manners, don’t talk to my clients, get out, out, out, out, I call security”... I left the store and the last thing I heard was him calling me “Stupid woman”. Bramalea City Centre Management doesn't need JUJU. I feel UNSAFE to go back to that mall. I later learn that JUJU’s has a bad reputation for mistreating clients. I am sorry that I read the reviews after the incident, otherwise I would have skip this disgusting cheap quality store that lured me in by the silver shoes in display look his reviews on google. I will not be back at Bramalea City Centre for shopping as long as people like JUJU's there. I will tell everyone about my experience and the reviews online, everyone will believe me. He is a shame for your mall !

They don't even deserve a single star. They attract people with their fancy stuff which is highly priced but poor quality. I bought a pair of heels for 55$ And next day the paint came out from the top. I requested for an exchange or repair as they are brand new but they can't do anything as i wore them for two hours which I honestly told them. I hardly walked and didn't come in contact with anything harder. They have bad customer service and their employees are not allowed to call the manager to ask if an item can be exchanged or repair as their manager has strictly told them not to contact after 5pm and disturb him resting at home whether customers have droven so long after work to get it fixed. I left my heels there and There were no calls or contact by their manager about the situation. They are ready to keep the pair without any refund or exchange but not to give an alternative. It was fair enough if it was happened a week after or more but how it is fair if it has happened with-in a day and they just Don't care. I wish I have had spent this money on a quality pair than this local store.
