This Journeys location has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I would like to preface the review by saying that I have worked in customer service for ten years. I know when the customer is right and when they are just plain wrong, and how to treat people in either case. This store has no concept of customer service at all. I have never written a negative review and never complained about a store before but this location gets my time. I purchased a pair of shoes for my new job and tried them on in store. I was satisfied with them and purchased them along with the $23 protective spray. I took the shoes, in their box, to my work and was told that they were not appropriate for my office setting; so I went to return them, never having been worn outside of the store. At this store I was told they were nonrefundable because there was a small amount of lint inside... likely from my socks when I put them on in store. I told them I had not worn them, had the original receipt and the tags were still on. The sales associate (may have been the manager) was incredibly rude and condescending and told me that they had obviously been worn and she would not return them but she would return the spray. I left disappointed and confused with over $110 dollars in useless merchandise. I went back the next day to try again and was told that the spray was nonrefundable and I obviously had worn the shoes repeatedly. The associate was extremely rude and was completely unwilling to help me. They eventually offered me a gift card for the shoes and would not take back the spray. I now have a useless gift card for a store I will never visit again. And they told me that they will be cutting up the shoes which is a completely ridiculous practice for never worn shoes. I have had to file a complaint with head office and am waiting to hopefully get a resolution. Honestly, do not waste your time going here. They sell the same products as countless other stores and their customer service is despicable.

During the season of Christmas 2017, I bought two unique sweaters made of wool. One had the colours of red, yellow and green (rasta); but, the other one had blue, white and black. Both are warm and many people like them. The customer service is really good.

Numerous staff that are friendly and helpful. Shout outs to Nikita! Great customer service!
