Worst customer service ever.. i will give zero or minus if Google will allow me too..lady at the desk (dont know the name, 18th june 2017 between 5-6pm) was so rude that i cant explain..

My shopping experience at ALDO felt like a scam. Made a purchase at this location after the salesgirl agreed to readjust the price for me according to black Friday deals. She told me to come back that weekend. I came back earlier in the week to make sure I was still going to get a price readjustment and was told I could come back any time that coming weekend. When I returned black Friday weekend, I spoke to employees at the store and presented my receipt with a signed note. They told me there must have been a mistake on their end but there was nothing they could do for me. I tried to explain to them that I made the purchase based on the expectation that they would keep their word. They didn't care, no options were offered. I asked to speak to a manager, the guy I was speaking to just stared back saying he was the manager. I asked for a customer service number or email. He said he couldn't give me one. I WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I COULD NOT BE MORE DISAPPOINTED.

I just visited the store felt totally insulted by the sales person. He was so rude he snapped on me I will never visit this store in my life. I m gonna take it very seriously. Aldo should be ashamed to hire such incompetent people.

Two girls working on a pretty slow Saturday, and they were both at the cash register, ignoring the few people who were in the store. I finally got someone to help me, only to have her bring me the wrong shoe, in the wrong size. She never came back to see if I still needed help, so I just walked out. This is not the first time I've walked out of this store due to lack of customer service, and I honestly don't think I will go back.

They have the worst customer service. Purchased many pairs of shoes from this location and the one time I have an issue they did nothing. They blamed me for misuse of my shoes when they literally fell apart. Will not be returning.
