Where to start... the delivery got push constantly during 3 days. When it finally happened their driver was drunk and making unacceptable comments. And the cherry on the top was one of the beds We bought which broke out in 1 week, there response was extremely rude but they finally accepted to come and check just to drill the box to the frame in the most mediocre work posible not to talk that we are talking about an $300 frame. Stay away of this place you will be better at IKEA for sure.

I would give this place 0 stars if google allowed me to. AVOID at all costs. The customer service is terrible. They kept delaying the delivery and sold us a coffee table that was already broken, but obviously it was wrapped so well we had to clue. When we called to inquire about the broken legs of the coffee table, she showed so much attitude and accused us of breaking it instead. She did not help to resolve it so here we have been using a coffee table with broken legs smh I don’t understand how people have the guts to sell damaged products to customers who come to you with trust. Maintaining trust and good customer satisfaction is key to having a good business and unfortunately, there are businesses who lack a lot of this and more …… just do yourself a favor and stay away please

Sun 4:15p the big delivery truck abruptly cut us off going eastbound on the Gardiner... Just to slide into a lane going one car faster. I had my kids in our minivan and we all freaked. What a bad and dangerous driver. I hope it isn't testament to an equally bad owner.

They lied about the type of leather and they lied about the warranty, these people are scammers, please stay away from this store at all costs! We purchased a three piece sofa set for over $1450.00 and the fake leather pealed of within 2 years!!! We contacted them, provided the receipt and pictures of the sofa...to which they hung up on us. They are extremely rude people, ignorant people we wasted $1450.00 in 2 years because of their LIES! They sell FAKE LEATHER and tell you its REAL...STAY AWAY FROM THESE FILTHY LIARS!!

Very very bad service. Don't buy anything from them. Half of my orders arrived wrong. And their drivers damaged my brand new home and they don't want to do anything about it.

I so deliveries here so my opinion might be bias but I mean the furniture is good the staff is nice the location is odd but that's about it

Very poor customer service. So unfriendly delivery people.

I feel really bad about their services. and never provide proper customer services.
