Brutal service, group unwilling to help find common OTC item. Won't be coming back.

Avoid this pharmacy. Worst experience ever. We went there for my fathers 3rd Covid-19 vaccination shot and we waited over an hour even with an appointment. The injector who gave the shot was extremely rude and unprofessional. Robert- the pharmacy manager didn’t really care. He said well it is what it is. We are running late and not much we can do. I told him he should have told us at the beginning of us showing up and let us know we would be waiting so we could decide if we wanted to rebook or wait. They took no ownership nor did they seem to care. I will never go to this pharmacy again. Location was convenient but Bridedale Pharmacy delivers all over the city! I would rather them and would drive to them for vaccination. AVOID creek side pharmacy coop

I always come here for my prescriptions which isn’t very often but today I came and the female said it would be 20 minutes. I said okay I’ll probably be back in an hour and she said “we close at 6pm” so I stayed and waited the 20 minutes instead and came back. The female then said “it’s not done, you said you’d be back in an hour… it’s not done” I asked well okay how long will it be? “Another 10 minutes” I am still waiting and it’s been another 20. I stood at the pick up desk and can hear the female talking about me and how I told her it would be an hour and so on. I’ve been here for 40 minutes in the grocery store waiting… not impressed to say the least.

Pharmacist Amin was excellent booking my COVID-19 vaccine shot. He was very knowledgeable about the vaccine and made me feel very comfortable. I showed up a bit late for my appointment due to a traffic accident but he was very understanding and pleasant. Thank you Amin.

Awful customer service went to ask for a consultation the guy over their even not paying attention avoid this pharmacy

The stuff are very helpful, advised me me to have Co-Op membership to collect 3% at the end of the year because my medication are so expensive 2 types for blood illness and I could get a good refund from it.

Even tho co op is a little expansive then other we still like it more than walmart !
