Sobeys Pharmacy Nolan Hill

This has been the best pharmacy I’ve ever been. Everyone is super friendly and professional. I observed them how they treat their customer, just amazing. My husband found this Pharmacy and told me how nice the staff are and since then, we never go elsewhere. Hopefully this is just a one off, my encounter with Barbara. I phoned and I asked about refills of one of my meds, and I get it I might be confusing sometimes plus having an accent, but instead of asking me, right there she just arrogantly told me YOU ARE CONFUSING. That’s very unprofessional. If you cannot say that to your customer in front of your manager, then that is not a way to talk to your customer and even to anyone. No one deserves to be step down just because you cannot explain yourself well.

Barbara, Sherman and Dhruti Mehta are amazing. They are professional yet so friendly. I always enjoy those small piece of advices and suggestions they provide. I love the way they try to give that personal touch to every prescription they fill. Barbara was kind enough to call and follow up about how I was doing. They make sure we feel they care. Big round of applause for their marvellous work and dedication!!! Keep it up guys.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Sherman! It was funny, I had looked up Sobeys pharmacy hours to see when they were open until. I noticed a few positive comments about one of the pharmacist's. About an hour later I happen to get a call from Sherman as my prescription was called in and he was filling it for me. It was such a pleasure to get to connect with him first hand. Even when I went in to pick it up, he was professional, friendly and definitely a reason Sobeys will be my official pharmacy!

Always such a pleasure to visit this Pharmacy. Both Sherman and Barbara are very professional, knowledgeable and personal. I won't go anywhere else since I found this pharmacy close to to home. Our family appreciates our "home" Pharmacists so very much!

We shop here almost everyday and every staff are really nice except the pharmacy lady when i tried to ask for a rapid testing kit. I havent even asked my question and she was already shaking her head. And when i did she said we are all out!. Super rude! How can she possibly know my question. It only means she doesnt want to entertain people.

This is the best pharmacy team that I have ever come across. I have moved to Airdrie, Bragg Creek and I now live in the SW of Calgary. But because this team is so patient and attentive I will always make the drive to them.

All the staff Sherman, Sandra, Dhiruti, Kevin, and a few other pharmacy assistants as well I have met are so helpful, they take their time to listen to your concerns. Even more helpful than doctors I feel!

Sherman is seriously the best pharmacist I've ever encountered. With multiple complicated issues I've felt understood, and he genuinely helps. If I ever move I would happily drive out of my way to continue coming here.

you would expect a grocery store/pharmacy trip to be as mundane as they come, but i was so impressed by the staff and service at this particular sobeys that i decided to comment my thoughts on it. seriously, when do you ever get back from the grocery store and think that you need to review it online or perhaps recommend it to your friends? i bet never was your answer. well let me tell you, it just happened to me and i am as surprised as you are.
