Smile Esthetics Dental Care

Smile Esthetics is by far the best dental office I've ever been to. Dr Francis is professional, friendly, and thorough. I just had multiple teeth pulled out today and Dr Francis called me at home (afterwards) to make sure I was feeling okay. I would highly recommend this dental office. The staff are young, friendly, and very knowledgeable!

The place looks nice but my experience was awful ! The dentist kept being rude and snappy to his assistant (who was not doing a good job, I almost drowned having a cavity filled it felt like!!) and it was super tense and just uncomfortable! I felt panicked the entire time and was SO happy to get out of there !! I will never go back! OH also... insanely expensive !! go elsewhere !

Today I needed an emergency dentist appointment and Smile Esthetics was more than helpful! They got me an appointment with Dr. Francis within 2 hours of me calling! Everyone was so nice at Smile Esthetics and they made me feel so comfortable! I am more than happy with my experience at their office and I would Highly recommend this dental office to everyone!! Thank you to Dr. Francis and his team for everything today! I can now go away on Christmas holidays stress free!

This place was amazing! My retainer wire popped out while I was on vacation in Victoria. I looked them up and they were the best rated for food reason. They did an amazing job and their repair fee was VERY reasonable which is amazing considering it wasn't even their wire. I had the retainer installed in another province. You are a FOOL if you go somewhere else! Go here, get great hospitality and great work done.

I went to Smile Esthetics in December of 2016 looking to get Veneers because I had slowly stopped smiling big enough to show my teeth - due to my front teeth crossing over each other in my teenage years. I met with Dr. Chris who explained to me that Invisalign would not only fix my crooked teeth that I was tired of being ashamed of, but that they could also fix my bite. I had never considered adult braces in my life. I was told when I was young by an Orthodontist that to fix my teeth my jaw would need to be sawed off and jarred backward to fix my bite, clearly that idea wasn't appealing to my parents and thus forth I remained with crooked teeth. I received my first set of Invisalign trays on February 02nd, 2017 and finished my last set on February 2nd, 2018. One Year! It took one year to change my smile. The amount of change in my teeth, my face, and my overall confidence is beyond anything I could have imagined. I'm so thankful Dr. Chris Souliotis convinced me to try Invisalign. I can officially bite through a sandwich and I've never been happier! Also Mary-Kate is about the coolest dental assistant you will ever meet, so that helps make every visit feel more like a social visit than a dentist appointment. Over all the most positive experience I have ever had with anything to do my boring little teeth. All gems at Smile Esthetics, huge thanks for the literal life changing experience.
