I have been terrified of dentists for 29 years, yet Dr. Shane Francis at Smile Aesthetics Victoria has been able to consistently make me feel comfortable and confident. Not only has Dr. Francis been able to complete my smile by doing an incredibly complex front-tooth filling, he has also been able to correct past mistakes, and initiate a plan to move forward. He consistently approaches each conversation with professionalism, compassion, and empathy.  He is innovative and transformative in his field, using new techniques as a means of improving the health and well being of his clients.
