I had a tooth infection, for more than a week. I had went to my dental office and was seen on an emergency basis, charged $150 for 10 minutes if their time, just to be told I needed to have a tooth pulledwhich I knew. The dental office where I was seen wouldn’t be able to see me until the end of March for the extraction. I called a few places, and to no avail, was able to be seen before the end of the month. The last place I called was Cresta dental Centre in Tillicum mall. They were able to see me the following day, figure out a game plan for the tooth that needed to be extracted, given proper antibiotics and a prescription to calm my nerves pre-extraction. Dr. Muir and his team were so compassionate and understanding with my situation. I was only charge $49 for this appointment huge difference from the $150 I was charged at my dental office Tooth extracted Yesterday, I was in at 8 AM and out before 9am. Dr. Muir and his assistant were very thorough, gentle and knowledgable. I would recommend anyone to Dr. Muir but I’m sure that all of the dentists at Cresta dental are just as Great. Bonus was it only cost me a 1/3 of what I was quoted!!! Thank you so much and I look forward to switching my future dental needs to Cresta Dental.
Dr.Muir is fantastic! I went in for a consult and his 35 years of knowledge and expertise was clear from start to finish. He was confident but gentle and explained everything he was doing and/or would be doing every step of the way. I felt comfortable, relaxed and assured that I was in excellent and very capable hands. My mouth was a bit of a mess, but when Dr. Muir was finished my smile was pretty again. He cares about your dental health and is all about preserving your teeth as much as possible. And he’s really great with the freezing needle too! It was a wonderful experience and I’m overjoyed with the results. Thank you Dr. Muir, you’re a superstar
Dr. Muir is really wonderful. I have been seeing him for three decades now, I really like his attitude. He has a very rare, if it's not broken don't touch it policy that always leaves me feeling secure when I leave the office, and keeps me coming back. He is very special dentist and I feel like have have won some sort of luck lottery to have him taking care of my oral hygiene. The rest of the staff are great as well, always cheerful, I have never experienced any pain or discomfort at all during any visits. Thank you Cresta Dental for your great care all these years!
Amazing dental office. Great for kids aswell. The staff are kind and understanding oh your feelings, fears and budget. My daughter has been going since she was 3 or 4 without fear due to these staff members. I'm a little bias as I think Dr Dahliwal and his hygienist are the best. But honestly everyone there is amazing.

Dr. Robert Muir is amazing - so gentle, so practical - and a great hockey player, too! Lol!
Generally speaking, I don't like going to the dentist. I had been avoiding it for a while but couldn't put off going any longer. I was in pain and had a tooth in serious need of extraction. The front staff here are terrific. Very friendly, efficient and kind. They helped me with the necessary paperwork and made me feel welcome and valued. The dentist appointment was quick. The dentist I saw was fantastic. Friendly, efficient, personable and made me feel very relaxed every step of the way. Explained exactly what was going to happen and how quick it was going to be. Thanks to the staff and dental team here that work together to make dentistry a more pleasant experience.
If I could give zero stars I would. Pathetic office behavior. Year old bill apparently sent to collection and totally their fault. Made me come in to the office oy to be criticized and told they won't help me. I'm on disability and I know my dental is covered. They didn't even have the decency to inform me over the phone. They made me show up and even asked me to come early. So not cool. Terrible treatment
Dr. Dhaliwal and his assistant Marge are hands down, the Best in Town. Highly recommend! Thank you for everything..
