They do my business and personal returns and also bookkeeping services. They have the know how and always make it happen when you really need them. Nice to work with a business with common sense!

I have been working with John Brown for 15 years, over the years has been a fountain of knowledge. Their ability to spot trouble spots before they become serious problems and providing sensible solutions is invaluable. They identified everything from my Mortgage company not paying my property taxes during one year to the most advantages corporate financing package. Over the years when I get an inquiry from the IRS I can forward it to JRB with confidence knowing it will be resolved with little or no input from me. I have yet to find a question John has not been able to answer.

His staff has been timely in responses and extremely helpful. John is a cut above the norm, and our business has had the benefit of his knowledge throughout the years. John conducts his day to day operation with integrity, and we are very appreciative of the fact that we can trust him in all tax matters explicitly.

I own a small business which requires very little effort in the bookkeeping dept but i need an accountant/bookkeeper to do our quarterlies and year end taxes because of time pressure for me, john brown is entirely unprofessional and treats me and my business partner like scum. He seems to charge whatever he feels like for the same exact services from quarter to quarter with no explanation for the rate increases, the two years that they have preformed our year end taxes there were huge mistakes that i found (i am not an accountant!) that cost us far more money than necessary, and would do nothing to decrease the fees charged for these incorrect services. (as a business owner, if i made such grave mistakes with my customers there would be no charge! what happened to customer service?!) Do yourself a favor DON"T GO TO JOHN BROWN!!!
