Chase Bank

My father just died and I had to get a small estate affidavit notarized to release his account from Chase Bank. Michael and Justin were both incredibly helpful. They provided a seamless experience and made me feel very comfortable with the process. Because of them I will be moving my banking business to Chase.nnKeep up the great work Chase.

I went into the bank today to take out money for a car. My card was compromised so I brought 2 forms of identification. The teller called the manager over and points at something on the screen so the manager lied to me and said maybe try a different amount, and I did, but it said no. He lied by telling me the funds were probably not available because they were just released. So I call my friend who is also on the account that's lives 4 mins away, and not only do they let him take the money out immediately but he didn't even have to show 2 forms of ID NOR WAIT FOR A NOTIFICATION TO HIS PHONE LIKE THE MANAGER TRIED TO DO WITH ME 5 MINS PRIOR! Im contacting a lawyer next for discrimination! That is so wrong!

Never had any issues banking with Chase. Bankers are always very friendly. The woman at the second window inside today helped me count and roll $100 in change! Really appreciated it and the kindness!

Justin was really thorough, helpful and very patient in explaining information. We did not feel rushed at all, and he even went above and beyond to show us some helpful app features.

Bailey was extremely helpful. I went in with a tricky situation and she was friendly & helpful. She basically spent her entire day helping me.
