Shorty's Storage

My daughter was living in Banff and decided to move home to Ontario . At the last minute she decided she was not sure she wanted to leave the mountains so she planned a flight home instead to visit. She needed to find a place to leave her vehicle until she returned. Shorty's was recommended to me by a friend who uses them for their storage needs often. They indicated I would find great service, prices and clean, safe storage. Shorty's did not disappoint. After a short conversation and a few emails Dennis was able to secure a spot for her vehicle. We had many questions on the logistics of this since we had never done this before. Dennis went above and beyond to answer the questions and most importantly have the storage arrangements done in a very short time. This was all done over a few emails in only a couple of hours time. When my daughter arrived the next day , the on site office was already closed as it was later in the day. She had no issues with access and finding her spot. She was only a short cab ride from the airport which was amazing as well. We highly recommend this facility . You will not be disappointed !! Five stars for Shorty's. Maria M Fort Erie, ON

I have to say Shorty's Storage have their act together. I stored my fifth wheel with them and it was very easy to set up and the office manager Dennis was great to deal with, now I have another stall rented for some utility trailers, all done easily through email. Definitely recommend Shorty's

Well maintained yard with friendly service! Getting in and out is super easy and very convenient. Would recommend 100%!!!

RV and vehicle storage yard. Great people to deal with arranging a place to store your motorhome or travel trailer. The lot is secured by a chain link fence with razor wire and a key code gated entrance. There is motion activated security lighting throughout the yard and some security patrolling. They do a good job of keeping the yard clean and clear of snow and other debris.

I have not even been a customer for one day but I can tell you they treated me very well and got the front end loader out and cleaned all the snow out so I could park my trailer. I'm very pleased.
