I've used several storage companies in the past - I will never use anyone other than Maple Leaf - especially the Country Hills location. It's worth driving up to it where ever you may be.  The facilities are immaculate, safe, secure - extremely so, and easy to get to.  The staff are exceptional! Customer Service must run through their veins. From meeting and renting the location, through to vacating the rental, they bent over backwards to accommodate what I needed.  Moving is always a stressful experience and they really helped remove a lot of the stress.  You cannot go wrong using Maple Leaf Storage, and if you have a chance, the Country Hills location will not disappoint!

I opened up a storage facility two years ago. Myrtle was there to help me and guide me through everything. I had moved my 90-year-old mother from her place to a dementia locked ward, it was so stressful. Then my mom passed away two months later. This is a wonderful storage facility and close to home. But it is Myrtle that truly helped many times over, whether it’s taking me to a new and different locker, or just listening to me complaining about the stresses that I had. I would like to give her five stars as well. She has AMAZING Customer service, and for that alone I would come back and use this facility.

Out of all the storage lockers I've rented, this Maple Leaf facility has the most outstanding staff and very secure storage. Happy I found this place. Don't even bother with Public Storage, just come straight to Cindy at Maple Leaf and she'll set you up quickly and with a great locker at an even better price, and she'll do it all with an extremely positive attitude and big smile. Thanks for your help Cindy!

The staff were always welcoming and helpful. The facility is very easy to use and accessible. I was late to exit one time so I received a call from one of the staff members the next day and she was understanding and gave me a graceful warning, just so I don’t get fined the next time around.  Overall, I couldn’t ask for anything more from an experience with a storage facility. Highly recommend.

We've been renting spaces of varying sizes at this location for several years now and we've always found the place to be clean and well maintained. The large loading bays and quick and efficient elevators make it easy to move things in and out as needed. As well, the staff there are always friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for all that you do.

Love this place.  Clean, secure, indoors, all the carts you need AND very very pleasant staff.    I have had lockers here for over 2 years and always feel welcome and the staff have gone out of their way to help me out.  The ONLY storage place I will use.  Good Work Gals!

This is the best storage facility I have ever been too. The staff that work here have gone over and above to help. During my recent move we needed to change storage lockers but there was none available. They worked tirelessly to help us find the perfect solution. They even gave us water to help with the move. If you are looking for a safe place for your belongings with amazing staff overseeing the process go to this storage facility!!

Maple Leaf Storage. I deal with many different storage companies. By leaps and bounds this storage company provides a professional service with everything up front. Not what I have experienced at other locations  with other companies across western canada. It's been a pleasure

I was recommended over by a friend. I was relocating our of province and needed to store all my things while I found a new place to live. The staff were courteous from the get go. They responded to all my emails promptly and have me a tour of the facility. They had great specials going on ,and it seems like they always have some sort of special. They do sell moving boxes and supplies too if you need it.

Excellent service and rate for the space I rented, even a free month and the whole month, not 4 weeks. Highly recommend this location, especially if you are in the central north.
