Have an account with Sentinel - Pegasus Rd. in Calgary for many years, so far the service is great. Specially Audra the, site manager, is always willing to attend our concerns.

I have had my stuff in their storage facilities for about a year now and have had nothing but problems. They tack on extra surprise charges almost every second month. The illegally cut off my lock and went through my stuff and when asked about it, they admitted to doing so but didn't have a valid reason as to why. The customer service is an absolute joke. I have been nice every time I have talked to anyone there and the responses back are so incredibly rude. I was rudely accused of not paying my bill and after arguing for a few minutes, I asked to speak to a manager who then saw that I had paid and that it was their mistake. And after all of this, it is one of the most expensive storages you can get. Worst experience. I do not recommend anyone fall in their trap.

I rented a unit to store my parents furniture and other household stuff for 4 months since our new house took longer to build. I highly recommend this location for the service and the courtesy extended by the managers Vince and Shana. They made our transition from old home to storage to new home very flawless. -The unit which we rented was clean and the the facility was plowed regularly after every snow fall. -The office always opened on time.The settlement of our accounts was also very easy. -The courtesy van was a bonus and always clean, well maintained so that we did not have problems with starting it in cold weather. Amazing service!! Over the past 3 years I have thoroughly been impressed with the staff at the Calgary North location. Staff has always gone above and beyond to help me with anything from upgrading my storage to simply extending my access hours for this location. The entire storage facility is extremely clean, well maintained, and the location is right off the main highway and close to the airport. Always a pleasure to do business with a company ran so professionally.
