As a first time storage renter, Maple Leaf Storage NE Calgary was THE best choice. It's super clean. The staff are professional, personable, and accommodating. Access is easy. I felt 100% confident my belongings were safe and secure. I would not hesitate to rent from Maple Leaf again. Highly recommend.

Absolutely superb customer service! Jasdeep was extremely helpful and took her time reviewing all the storage unit options and one that would be most suitable for our needs she didn’t try to oversell and recommended the option which was actually a bit cheaper than the one we initially were looking at. Very clean, user-friendly storage facility eg the provide dollies, easy access to building with uhaul, large moving sized elevators. Options are cheaper than other places.highly recommend this location.

I was a long-time renter and I found the staff very helpful and accommodating. There were quite a few different sizes to choose from and the staff helped us figure out which one would work for us. When I gave notice to end the lease the staff were very helpful in the procedures to end the lease and provided some of the tools to help me get the rest of our belongings out.

My very first rental storage and this was the perfect choice. One of the best customer service ever encountered. The staffs were super friendly and helpful throughout the time at storage. The manager is just the best guy to deal with! Can’t wait to do business with them in future. The storage place was clean and never had any issues. You get a neat and clean facility. Best price I could find in Calgary. The staff are very nice, friendly and helpful. Limited space for large moving trucks is really the only issue.

Patrick, Kathy, and Blair were very quick, courteous and helpful! The rates are fair and the facility seems very well kept with great amenities. I like that there is no long term contract so you have flexibility paying month by month. Probably the best storage company I’ve seen in Calgary so far, I would highly recommend them!
