Rooms are super nice. Our room had 2 rooms. TV room and then bedroom. The room kept the spa relaxation feel. The bathroom shower was huge and super inviting. The bath tub was only one person but with a huge shower, who would ever use it. The room service food was really good too but the portions were small. And they deliver drinks. The spa is awesome so if you go dedicate more time than I did to spend there. Surrounding views are great with the mountains background to the lake. I would say the price is high but it's one of the best lodges I've stayed at so they can get away with charging a high price.

Views were spectacular room was wonderful. We stayed off season, so the rates were very good. They are currently remodeling, so the lobby was a bit dark. Enjoyed the gift shop. Enjoyed dinner at the restaurant in the lodge. It was too cold and windy to use the pool and hot tub, but after seeing it, we wish we had used it in the cold because it was so gorgeous.

Great experience overall. Staff was amazing and always seemed to go above and beyond. More expensive than we're used to but a lot is included. Very cool hotel. Would definitely recommend a lake view room or you'll have a not so great view of the parking lot. Only other negatives were the shower head and toilet which were not designed for someone over 6 ft.

We had such a wonderful, relaxing time at Shore Lodge. The view out of our window each morning was beautiful. There were many activities to enjoy at the hotel, the Cutwater Restaurant was delicious and our nights were capped with a turn down service complete with cookies! Doesn't get much better than that.

We were told we could rent a theater “if available”, but apparently it’s never available (I asked at 10am for the next two days, after not having my phone answered for 24 hours at the front desk). Additionally, they don’t ask you if you’re allergic to the pets they allow for an additional charge, so you’re sneezing the entire time. On top of that, feel the floor and see if it’s wet. Do you enjoy sneezing and waking up to floods of mucus? That’s here. Mold. Also, I ordered chips and salsa for the room. Got 17 chips and no salsa for $9. Not kidding. This is not a quality establishment. So disappointed in the overpriced cheap “honeymoon” I had with my now-husband. Do not fund this place, not even for an overpriced unmemorable massage.
